Payment

For Buy it Now and Best Offer, payment is required within three (3) days of purchase. All payments must be through PayPal, utilizing eBay checkout. Please reach out for any additional time needed and exceptions will be considered. Any items not paid within five (5) days will risk the product being re-listed and sold to another buyer. For auction listings, payment is required within two (2) days of purchase. Any items not paid within two (2) days will risk the product being re-listed and sold to another buyer.

Shipping

We make every effort of shipping within 1-3 business days of payment clearing. Most items will ship out on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. Please be sure your shipping address is correct before submitting payment or we will need to cancel and relist as a private sale so you can adjust the address and still obtain the item. I can only ship once the address is corrected as the item is only covered if shipped to the address eBay has on file. No PO Boxes please.

If you do need to return your item, please send a request and note the nature of the return. You will then be provided with a return shipping label and packing slip. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and return the item within 5 business days of the date you request a return. Once we receive your order, we will inspect the return. Please allow up to 2 business days of receiving the returned item for your refund.
