Please note many of my bracelets and necklaces come with adjustable parts, but there are certain bracelets made with stretch cord which allows some flexibility on the sizing. The bracelets made with stretch cord usually can stretch up to 2-3 sizes, please refer to the exact sizes in the individual item descriptions on my listings.

Whether purchased for yourself or as a special gift for someone else, please measure the neckline and/or wrist to ensure a proper fit and avoid disappointment.

Return details

Returns are accepted within 30 days - given the item(s) are returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

Please if you have any problems with your delivery or product contact me as soon as possible so we can find a solution as quickly as possible.

All items are carefully wrapped and posted with Royal Mail Tracked 48, If you would like an alternative postage method, please contact me before placing your order.

To maintain the radiance of your bracelet, please avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store it in a dry place away from water and dust to preserve its beauty.

Personalisation

On some items, personalisation and different sizes might be available, please contact me in advance to discuss before placing an order.

Some items are unique pieces and cannot be recreated such as pieces of jewellery made with hand-collected seashells. Once these items are sold out, I can no longer restock them. Thank you for your understanding.
