High quality multicore snakes made using Van Damme Digi-Tour Series Multicore cable and Neutrik Black shells and silver pins connectors. Each tail is braided with an expandable polyester sleeve and is held in place with a thick glue lined adhesive heat-shrink. Each individual core is numbered or marked with a coloured boot for easy identification. All cables are made to order so can be customised to suit your needs.

Van Damme Digi-Tour multicores are mechanically and electrically based on the established Van Damme Green Series range. The characteristic impedance of 110 Ohms makes them ideal for both AES/EBU digital audio and DMX512 lighting control signals as well as analogue audio transfer. With a matt black outer jacket ideal for on stage use and discreet rigging.

Lifetime Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our manufactured cables. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and not wear and tear due to general use. For a cost we are happy to replace damaged/worn parts for the lifetime, please contact us for pricing.

Return Postage Costs

If your cable develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of the purchase date then we will reimburse return postage costs. After 12 months the costs are paid by the customer.

Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for damage to equipment incurred during operation or use of our products where an item has been improperly used. Please contact our Technical Team for advice prior to ordering if you are unsure about your requirements. Our technical advice is insured by a £4million public liability insurance

All of our manufactured products are electrically tested before dispatch. We pressure test for short circuit, continuity and insulation resistance. Due to the nature and complexity of what we do there was no single tester available on the market to accommodate all of our needs so we decided to build all of our own testing equipment! Our testers go way and beyond what is normally offered, ensuring quality of sound and reliability

All AC mains products conform to BS 7671 wiring regulations and are tested by qualified technicians trained to City & Guilds 2377 standards

We take waste and our impact on the environment very seriously. All of our plastic and cardboard waste is separated and collected on a monthly basis. Empty cable reels are returned to suppliers to be re-used and we even go as far as having a compost bin in our kitchen. We try to keep packaging to a minimum and try to re-use packaging materials where possible, so please do not be upset if your order arrives in a second-hand box! Please keep your bubble wrap for Christmas and re-use boxes where you can. If you wish to return unwanted cable and connectors then please do so, we are happy to recycle them on your behalf

• You have 30 days to request returns.
• Items must be unused and coiled neatly for postage.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds are credited back within 2 days to the original payment method.
• We do not accept returns on custom made items where a design has been specified or where items have been ordered in on request.
