a. If you only need to do ENT simple examinations with low power light source, transmittance diameter Φ4mm (1.57 in) is suitable.

b. If you need to do complex  examinations or surgery, such as Laparoscopy or Hysteroscopy or Cystoscopy,  transmittance diameter Φ4.8mm (1.89 in) is more suitable.

The product is free shipping, after you order it, we will standard shipping to ship it to you as soon as possible. Normally it needs about 10-15 days to you.

If you need to ship it to you by Express, such as DHL, FedEX, UPS, when you order it, you can choose Expedited shipping.
