Custom made receiver hitch bumper mount. Made from 3/8" plate & 7/32" wall square tube. The pin is 5/8" diameter. The 3 way ball sizes are 1 7/8", 2" & 2 5/16", the pintle hook mount holes are 1/2" with centers 3 3/8" by 1 3/4". 

I did not make this & don't have further info. Sold as is. 

Was removed from a custom made bumper that was on a 1979 Ford F350.
