The case is in good shape except a spot on the back and part of the strap. The binoculars are in good shape they show signs of use and wear such as scuffs, scratches, blemishes ect has a paint chip but doesn't effect the use of them. I did a light cleaning of the item however it could use a further cleaning.  Please see all pictures for overall condition. Please ask any questions you may have before making the purchase.
