This is a KBA Concealed Overhead Transom Door Closer. The closer is designed to be concealed within the transom header bar of the door. It provides controlled closing of a single or double action aluminium door or doors.

Features built into the transom door closer include dual closing speed to allow flexibility in closing; three levels of spring strengths and 90o hold open facility. The transom closer comes complete with its own fixing pack and comprehensive fixing instructions. It includes the arms and the pivots as well as all other fittings.

For returning your items, our terms are as follows:

- You have a right to cancel within 14 days with a full refund. The buyer must pay for shipping and handling charges.
- If the item is faulty or damaged, you have the right to send back the item within 30 days for a refund or repair. Please contact us for the return via ebay messaging. No postage will be refunded unless agreed prior to sending the item back

The condition of the returned item must be as it was shipped to you with all the contents including any manuals.
We verify all parcels received. If we find that no due care was provided whilst the item was in your possession, we reserve the right of not providing any refund.

Payment

- We accept PayPal only. In event you do not have a PayPal account, you can make payment by credit/debit card on checkout. The payment will be transferred automatically in PayPal.
- We only ship item to your PayPal verified address.
- Payment must be received within 3 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping

- We use Royal mail 1st class and 2nd class tracked for any items dispatched upto 2Kg. Any bulky items more that 2Kg are dispatched using UPS or Hermes
- Our listing price includes the value of goods, packaging cost and export taxes; not including international import duties. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and it is the buyer's responsibility
to check with their local custom authorities.
- Orders received Monday to Friday will usually be despatched next day. Items ordered over the weekend will be despatched the following working day.
