Payment:
Items must be payed for within 7 days after winning the item (unless arranged) if payment is not received within 7 days, an unpaid item case will be opened.

Shipping:
We ship items through UPS and My Hermes, items are tracked and insured.
IF you decide to use your own courier, we will accommodate this, but prefer to use our own shipping.
We are happy to ship overseas.

Items that are to be shipped to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and The Isle of Wight will cost more than our standard shipping charges, please contact us for details.
