Installation precautions：
1. Please confirm that the model is the same as the original car before installation;
2. Please ensure that it is installed by professional personnel, not by brute force;
3. When disassembling, please check the cylinder roller. If it is damaged or worn, please replace it immediately, otherwise it will produce abnormal sound and other conditions;
4. When disassembling, please pay attention to keep the valve connected to the high pressure oil pump clean to avoid oil leakage caused by foreign bodies in the installation;
5. During installation, please check to ensure that the camshaft is not in the position that triggers the high pressure pump tappet. If it is in the trigger position, please adjust the camshaft to the lowest position, otherwise the installation will be affected;
6. Before installation, apply oil lubrication to the connection position of the high-pressure oil pump and the cylinder head, and then vertically load the high-pressure oil pump to avoid scratching the cylinder head;
7. When installing the fixing screws, ensure that the screws in relative positions are evenly screwed in. Do not tighten one screw and then screw the next one; (Note: The unbalanced force of the screw will tilt the end of the high pressure oil pump and the end of the tappet, and can not be completely fitted, which will cause oil leakage and abnormal sound during work, and will cause the high pressure pump plunger to break in extreme cases)
8. After completing the assembly, run the engine for 2-3 minutes to check whether there is oil leakage, and then run for 15 minutes until the oil pump is filled with gasoline and fully matched with the vehicle oil circuit and control system; (Note: Abnormal sound may occur during this period, which is normal)
9. High pressure oil pump is strictly prohibited during transportation. If the product is touched, do not load the car.
