Very detailed drawing using both line drawing and gradation techniques.
Drawing depicts a Chicana woman from the past wearing ear rings depicting a marijuana leaf mixed with traditional Mexica beading. She wears a headband adorned with twin serpents. From behind her head there are three long bird tale feathers used traditionally to adorn headdress for Mexica dancers and officiants. She holds a censer adorned with a dancing eagle and with incense smoke emanating and then transforming into dreamlike figures depicting a Jaguar Warrior, a High Lord, and an ancient warrior woman holding a spear. Behind her there is an Aztec calendar, and at the top center is Mictlantecuhtli in the form of a skull and donning a Jaguar headdress.
