I believe the lips are magnetic because the pacifire sticks to it without falling off.  

Comes with a certificate, baby bottle, pacifire, and the clothes on baby.   Everything as shown in photos. 

She weighs roughly 1.14lbs (with cloths on) and apparently 18" when legs fully extended.  Arms and legs are silicone and soft, and are in a fixed position ( they will move if you push on them but will bounce back to fixed position, no movable joints)
