This is a vintage Burberry button up shirt. Not sure when it was made but its fairly old (like 70s or 60s) but in extremely good condition because of the Burberry quality. there is a reason these things last. They're well made. Looks nearly new . It has the sewn on buttons for the collar. IT says medium on the tag but its more like a large. Any questions just ask
