SHEIKE - Size 8 blue peplum pencil dress

Gorgeous cobalt blue panelled pencil dress with short cap sleeves, deep V-neckline, peplum detail at waist and invisible zip closure at back. Made from a textured, thick polyester blend. Lined. Some stitching has come loose near underarm and some small pulls on back at shoulder and near zip (see photos).
