Antique Metal Lady Sitting Figural Victorian Shelf Mantle Clock Beautiful!

Being offered is this very old, beautiful antique shelf or mantle clock! It measures 12 1/2" in height x 9" wide. It remains untested since the suspension spring is not attached. Beautiful piece! I'm unsure of the maker of the clock since I could find no markings on the movement or the statue. I'm no expert, but moving the pendulum rod by hand, also moves the hands.
