The replacement token is an enchantment copy, so it no longer counts as a creature and will not die to creature-only sweepers. The trigger requires “another nontoken creature you control” to die, so it does not apply to tokens and does not trigger from Myrkul itself. Indestructible is conditional and turns off once your life total rises above half your starting total.
