We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery of the merchandise.
Here are the conditions and terms of the return / refund.
Excellent condition - Full Refund : Unused, Undamaged, Unaltered, All items included in the original package, Original tags included & attached (where applicable)
Good/Fair condition - Partial Refund (10% - 30% deduction) : Missing original packaging, Original tags unattached/missing, Missing parts.
Poor condition - Partial Refund (50% reduction) : Signs of wear, alteration or use, missing essential parts, item is damaged, item requires service / repair.
We do not have an exchange policy, so if you want another style / size / color, please make a fresh purchase on eBay. As soon as we confirm the payment, we will ship out.
