New never been used. Does not come in original box. These are the shorter cylinder style track lights. MR16
Color is like a cream/beige.
The spot light cylinder part is just a hair over 2-1/2" long. the bottom where light bulb shines through is 1-3/8" round. 
The base of the unit that goes in the track (without the connection) is 4-1/4" long. This unit pivots from left to right. Light swivels right to left but can not be brought straight out. Only faces down. These are very nice units and can be used just about anywhere.
