The shaft length is 0.500" long and 0.120" in diameter. There is a flatted spot on the shaft which is about 0.011" deep and 0.465" long. The end of the shaft has a slot that is 0.030" wide.

The wire leads are about 13" long and have 6 different wires, solid black, solid red, solid blue, solid yellow, yellow with white stripe, and blue with white stripe.
