Thank you for choosing My Objects of Intrigue. I appreciate your business.

My items are unique vintage or antiques that have had normal use and been lovingly preserved.  I will do my best to accurately describe the item and the condition;  to note obvious damage or evidence of repair and provide as  much information as I can.  Vintage items are not new and therefore might have minor imperfections that are perfectly acceptable to me but not to you.  Straw marks, tiny white/black spots, flea bites, which can happen in the manufacturing process, and very small scratches, paint losses, etc are not always noted.  Vintage items are not new and therefore might have minor imperfections, which only add character....

At the end of the day, the descriptions are really opinions. “Pictures are worth a thousand words - they form a very large part of the description and play a vital role in describing items -- they cannot misidentify, they don’t embellish, and they have no sentimental, emotional ties or love for an item.  Please look carefully at all the pictures and ask questions if need be. BUT - unless I have grossly misrepresented the item, I cannot accept returns - please be sure before you buy. If you have an issue with an order, you must contact me within five days of delivery. Thank you for choosing carefully.
