I bought these for my snow shoes. I wear a size 8 women's. They come with a size chart. (See enclosed picture that was listed in the ones I purchased.) It says the mediums will fit a women's size 8.5 shoe so I thought I was within that range. They are too small for this shoe size. I would estimate if you have a shoe size of 7, which is the low end of their chart for medium these would fit that shoe size.

They fit the toe just fine, what happens is they don't pull tight enough to the heal to ground the cleats to that area with my size 8. So they run small and I will need to buy the size Large for my size 8 shoe.

The item itself is of good quality, the rubber is strong, and I really like them, I just need to get the proper size for my shoe size. I think because the rubber is so tough it might make them harder to pull up and over your shoe than I expected they might.
