(2) Vintage Dashboard Switches. (1) Is a Cole-Herse Switch. It is marked DEFROSTER. It pulls-out to two, (2) positions. It has two terminals. The other switch has no name on it. IT's marked STARTER. Has two terminals. This switch is a pull-out momentary switch. You pull it out and it returns in immediately.  Both switches look unused. Both have some minor storage wear. See Photos.
