I ship within 1 business day, but once it is in the mail I have no control over how long it takes to get to you.

I will COMBINE SHIPPING when possible depending on weight & value of purchases.  If multiple lots(includes Buy It Now) were paid and combined shipping is used, I will send you a refund if the total shipping paid was in excess of the actual shipping.  i.e. - Up to 12 pennies in a $1.25 shipment.
