Important: The AirPro Copilot can power your ResMed AirSense & AirMini devices using the provided USB-C cable. If your CPAP device starts blowing air but then stops, please follow these troubleshooting steps carefully:

  1. Disable Additional Features:

    • Ensure that both the heated tube and humidifier settings are turned off.

    • Turn off the 'SmartStart' feature, especially if you experience high leak rates.

  2. Check Connections:

    • Confirm that the USB-C and CPAP connections are fully inserted into both the battery and your CPAP device. This is a common issue, particularly with AirSense 11 and AirMini users, who may not have fully inserted the cable into the back of their device.

  3. Proper Cable Connection:

    • If your device starts and then stops, follow this specific connection sequence:

      • With the USB-C cable disconnected from the battery, first connect one end of the cable to your CPAP device.

      • Then, connect the other end to the battery's USB-C port. Always connect the cable to your CPAP device first before connecting it to the battery.

  4. Re-establish Connection:

    • If your CPAP device stops blowing air, disconnect the USB-C cable from the battery only, then reconnect it. This may resolve the issue by re-establishing a secure connection.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your CPAP device operates smoothly with the AirPro Copilot.
