This is a listing for two England Made Hand Pumps (one Raleigh Black Plastic Hand Pump and one England Chrome Alloy Hand Pump) as requested by customer who looking for 16.5" length hand pump, this is the one! Getting harder to find, so grab it before these pumps are gone from the warehouse. 

1) New Old Stock Raleigh Hand Pump with pump adapter air hose attached, suitable for Dunlop or Woods Valve. Stamped Made In England on both pump frame & pump handle, with Raleigh logo on the frame too. When found, it was without plastic wrapped, thus, do expect some minor scratches all over the outer plastic pump frame plus minor fading on gold color Raleigh logo due to decades of storage. The inner rod, spring and the air hose adapter have sign of minor rust, and the handle pump not really round shape but do not worry as it still close the pump frame tight. This Raleigh pump is great matching for your vintage Raleigh bike if you own one. Tested the pump, still push some little air out, but unsure if it supports higher psi. Probably more appropriate for displaying purpose. Measured the length, around 16.5" or 42cm (inclusive of pump adapter attached in the pump's handle) Just done basic clean up before taking photos, perhaps you can polish it to beautify it more. Please refer photos as they speak thousand words it's vintage condition.  INCLUDE FOC in the shipping would be two pieces (one set-refer photo) of vintage hand pump clips / clamps (suitable for bicycle frame Down Tube diameter +/-30mm) complete with screws & nuts for you to mount the classic hand pump to the bicycle frame. Please note the clips / clamps are free gift given, do not claim from me in the event the clips / clamps do not match your classic bicycle frame size as too many different brands & sizes available in the market, but mostly it would fit average classic bikes. Tried on my 26" Raleigh & perfectly fit.

2) New Old Stock England Made Hand Pump with pump adapter air hose attached, suitable for Schrader Valve. Stamped Made In England on the pump frame cap. When found, it was without plastic wrapped, thus, do expect some minor scratches all over the outer chrome alloy pump frame due to decades of storage. The inner rod, spring and the air hose adapter have sign of minor rust. Two obvious small dents can be seen, one on the frame and one on the handle (Please refer photos attached). When feel bored with the Raleigh black pump, it's time to rotate your bike with this chrome pump. The advantage of chrome color is that it matches any color bike of it's shinny appearance. Tested the pump, still push some little air out, but unsure if it supports higher psi. Probably more appropriate for displaying purpose. Measured the length, around 16.5 inches or 42cm (inclusive of pump adapter attached in the pump's handle) Just done basic clean up before taking photos, perhaps you can polish it to beautify it more.
