We will inspect items to confirm they are mint or upon request. Some brands such as Rae Dunn and Cupcakes and Cashmere do have normal what we would think are defects but purposely done while in the manufacturing process to give each piece their own unique touch. We do take pictures of everything.

Returns: If you wish to return an item you purchased from The Frosty Nutcracker LLC or Kids Korner and More, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items back to us. Credit for the item will not be issued until Kitty Ohana Cat Café and Loung Inc. receives the item in its original condition it was received.
