16mm 4 wheels with shipping case...the wheels are flat with no warping... I CAN NOT TEST THOSE REELS so i can not guarantee the content...the case & one of the reels says "DADDY LONG LEGS" ....SOLD AS IS ...NO RETURNS, SO PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING !!!!
