Please note that some delivery options, such as Royal Mail standard services (including Royal Mail 24/48), may not include full tracking. While these services are generally reliable, we recommend selecting a tracked delivery option at checkout for greater visibility and peace of mind. If a tracked service is not currently available on the listing, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be happy to arrange this for you where possible.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are usually dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

For parcels sent via Royal Mail, we are able to ship to all UK postcode areas. However, for courier services such as DPD or Parcelforce, certain locations are considered non-mainland UK and may require an additional delivery charge or an alternative shipping method.

Non-mainland UK areas include:
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

🔁 Returns

Unless otherwise stated, all items we sell are brand new. In some rare cases, parts may have minor cosmetic marks or scratches from handling or testing during quality checks; however, this will not affect the functionality of the part.

If you wish to return an item, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days. Items that have been installed, used, or altered may not be eligible for return.

You may be eligble for a free return label via the eBay Assured Fit program, so please ensure you've selected your vehicle on eBay before placing your order.

The warranty is only valid if the item has been fitted by a qualified mechanic. Proof of installation may be required, including a letter or invoice from the mechanic on business letterhead.

For any warranty claim, we may request a detailed report from the mechanic explaining how the part has been diagnosed as faulty.

The warranty period varies depending on the item and begins from the date of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase for reference.

The warranty does not cover items that have been installed incorrectly or fitted by unqualified individuals.

Please note that our warranty covers the replacement of faulty items only. It does not cover labour costs, fitting charges, vehicle hire, inconvenience, breakdown costs, or any other associated expenses.

If a warranty claim is approved, the item may need to be returned for inspection. We recommend using a tracked return service and keeping the proof of postage.

1. Delivery Address

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate, including the correct door number, street name and post code.

If an incorrect address is provided, a parcel is refused, or delivery fails due to nobody being available to receive the parcel, the item may be returned to us and additional charges may apply.

2. Product Compatibility

Please ensure the item is the correct part, size, and specification for your vehicle before purchasing. We include as much information as possible in our listings to help you confirm compatibility.

If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order. Messages left in the “message to seller” box during checkout will not always be seen in time.

3. Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are no longer required or ordered in error.

Returned items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include the original packaging

If the item has been used, fitted, or altered, we may not be able to accept the return.

Please do not close an open return request before the process is complete, as this may prevent us from issuing a refund.

4. Warranty

Warranty periods vary depending on the item and begin from the date of purchase.

The warranty:

5. Installation Requirements

Warranty will not apply to items that:

6. Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped using third-party courier services. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage once the parcel has been dispatched, but will do our best to sort out any issues.

If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist with tracking.

We recommend selecting a tracked delivery service where available.

7. Damaged Items

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to investigate and raise claims with the courier if required.

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

8. Compatibility Advice

If we provide compatibility guidance based on vehicle registration details, this is based on third-party systems which may occasionally contain errors. Customers should always double-check the part specifications and measurements before purchasing.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are usually processed and dispatched quickly.

If you need to change the delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us by phone immediately. Messages sent via eBay may not be seen before dispatch due to high message volumes.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
