Vintage 20th Century Haitian Folk Art Painting is Hand-Painted on stretched canvas in bright, bold, beautiful colors. This unique, OOAK Primitive or Naive piece shows a tranquil, Tropical Jungle scene featuring Giraffes, Zebra, Tiger, Antelope, and other flora and fauna . Souvenir of Caribbean adventure in the late 1970s or early 1980s, it appears to be signed however illegibly. At one time we remember being able to read a one name signature on lower left corner.

Provenance: purchased while traveling, by Seller/Original Owner, at an Island straw market. Professionally framed, in USA, around 1980.

Note: Artwork shows some minor spots consistent with age and travel. Frame is solid, but could use a cleaning. See photos for best description. Otherwise painting is in very good vintage condition.
