USPS Ground Advantage Package - card would be shipped in a padded envelope. (domestic shipping only)

Combined Shipping - shipping on first card is $4.99. Shipping on each additional card if FREE as long as multi-card purchases are paid for with ONE PayPal transaction. (domestic shipping only)
