- Orders containing multiple items may ship separately in multiple shipments. They may not arrive at the same time and may take another couple of days for the complete order to arrive.

- We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Which shipping method is used for your order is at our discretion. If you have a physical address and a PO box please provide both.
- Please make sure the shipping address is correct at checkout. Our shipping process is highly automated and shipping does not have access to ebay messages.
- Once the order is sent to a pull sheet at one of our warehouses we are NOT ABLE to change the address or cancel the order. It will ship to the address provided at checkout.
- If you make an error in the address or wish to cancel an order send an official CANCEL TRANSACTION REQUEST IMMEDIATELY. We do hold order a few minutes to allow for then. Our fulfillment process is automated and we will not see a direct message until it is to late to cancel it.
- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO addresses must contact us prior to purchasing item for a shipping quote first. Shipping fees to APO, AK, PR and HI will be calculated individually and added to customer invoice prior to paying for the item.
- Make sure you have packages delivered to a secure location. We can not cover packages stolen after delivery.
