Placing an order with us means you have read and accepted all the information provided in the listing.

Your shipping address: IMPORTANT!!

• Please confirm your shipping address is correct before making payment. You know where you live, we don't!
• eBay does not allow us to change an address after payment is made.
• If you ask us to change address, it will require us to cancel your order, ask you to correct your address and redo order.

Combined Shipping: International

• Due to eBay's new policies, they require us to require immediate payment on your purchase. 
• PLEASE use the eBay shopping cart - it may save you money! 
• In the event eBay overcharges you for shipping, we will send a refund for the correction.

Combined Shipping Discounts: USA

• If we issue a credit for overpayment of shipping, we may deduct a percentage to cover fees we pay.
• Individual paid orders may be combined or ship as separate orders with no shipping refund. 

USA Shipping:

• We ship using USPS, UPS and FedEX.
• We may upgrade your shipping method at our discretion.
• Tracking is provided. Orders over $750 will require a signature per Paypal rules.

International Shipping, Customs Fees, Import Taxes and Duty:

• We ship USPS First Class International and Priority Mail. It's your choice!
• There is limited or no tracking on FCI or Flat Rate Priority Shipping.
• Allow two to ten weeks when choosing First Class International, but it's usually far less.
• Please Note:  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. 
• These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these 
•       additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• Don't ask us to falsify a customs form...We will not do it.

Insurance:

• We insure all International shipments and some domestic shipments. 
• Many services now cover the first $100 in shipment value.
• Our insurance carrier requires a 20 day domestic (USA) and 40 day International waiting period before we file a claim.
• You agree to wait the required time and agree to complete a online affidavit for the insurance company if we file a claim for your lost or damaged shipment. Shipsaver is our carrier and they provide excellent service. 

Handling and Shipping time:

• All orders ship same or the next day. In the event of an issue, we will message you via eBay message system.

Returns:

• No returns are accepted on opened items.
• All items we sell are covered by Manufacturer Warranty. 
• Do not open a return case for defective items, Contact us FIRST, we'll work it out.
• A restocking charge of may apply. 
• We do not refund original shipping charges. 
• Please review the return policy before placing order.

• Everything we sell is brand new and covered by Manufacturer's Warranty unless noted.
