Elastic is still in good working order to waist. Nearly fully stretched is about 17” flat so 34”. That is about as far as it will go

I’m approx 5’7” and the pants hit me nearly to ankles.

In seam is around 25”

Pit to pit is approx 19” so 38” around

There are no holes or tears

All buttons are there
