Why does the motor governor need to set the frequency? ? ?
The frequency of the motor governor is too low, the power supply ripple is large, the vibration of the motor is large, the frequency is too high, the switching loss is large, and the electromagnetic noise is relatively obvious. If the frequency selection is not suitable, the effective power output of the motor will be greatly reduced. The factory default frequency of this product is 20KHz, which can meet the requirements of most motors. Consult the motor manufacturer for specific frequency selection.

3. Operating instructions:

3.1 Knob operation of digital encoder

In the default interface: (The default display is the duty cycle)

Short press-switch the motor to start and stop

Press and hold for 10 seconds-enter the setting interface

Rotate counterclockwise-the duty cycle decreases

Clockwise rotation-duty cycle increases

In the setting interface:

Short press —— Select the setting parameter, and the setting parameter switches between ON-OFF, duty cycle lower limit, duty cycle upper limit and working frequency. ON-OFF is the power-on default module normally open or normally closed, the lower duty cycle display format is "L" + two digits, the upper duty cycle display format is "H" + two digits or "100", work The frequency display format is "F" + two digits.

3.2 Rear STOP port

It can be connected with external switch buttons or 3.3V level. Do not use it in complex electromagnetic environment. There is no relevant protection inside the circuit. (Note that the external switch needs to use the self-reset button or button, press once to turn on, and then press again to turn off; the function of always closing the output to turn on and not closing the output to turn off cannot be realized.)
