This TOMBOW is part of my collection and was in my case. It comes with a original metal pen case/box. No ink cartridge, you will need to buy ink. I left the ink replacement packaging to order. 

I tried to take the best pictures that i could. The pen has a dark undertone with a burgandy burl like finish. It reminds me of a humidor look and feel. Very smooth to touch and I cannot capture its essence with a camera.
