This flashlight is 7 3/4" (196.85mm)(19.685cm) Needs 2 rechargeable 18650 batteries (included) but was shipped to me without batteries or charger. I included the batteries. It is zoomable (as shown in the pictures) but I am not sure of the lumens. From what I can guess, it's about 300 to 500.
