KitchenAid is always finding new ways, new colors, and new features to insure you can do more in your kitchen by making it easier and fun to do food prep.  Let’s talk about the extra features this mixer has such as an extra bowl used for whipping egg whites.  Along with the standard stainless steel 5 Quart, a new 3 Liter stainless steel bowl has been added.  Along with a flat beater, dough hook and wire whip, comes a new Flex Edge Beater , for heavy mixing.  To keep it neat and clean, the pouring shield has been redesigned to insure safety and easy clean-up. This mixer is unique by its features, and new colors associated with it.

  • 3L (3.2 qt) Polished Stainless Steel Mini Bowl
  • Flat Beater (use for cookie dough, cake batter, dips and sauces)
  • Wire Whip (use for whipped cream, egg whites and angel food cake batter)
  • C shape Dough Hook (use for yeast dough, mixes, and kneads)
  • Flex Edge Beater thoroughly scrapes ingredients into the bowl, reducing mixing time
  • Pouring Shield (to prevent ingredients splashing out)

All attachments are solidly constructed, and attach easily to the stand mixer.

This unique planetary mixing action creates an incredibly thorough blend of ingredients and eliminates the need to rotate the bowl
