Does an 8K TV need HDMI 2.1?
Yes – and they all will have
the new specification of the HDMI cable, which for the first time allows 8K
resolutions to pass through. HDMI 2.1 is a major enabler of the forthcoming 8K
resolution revolution, making sure TVs accept 8K resolutions at 60 frames per
second (or 4K resolution at 120 frames per second).

How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sydney via Australian Post to all metro and regional locations within Australia. Orders shipped with standard shipping will normally take 1-6 business days to arrive after being dispatched, depending on your destination. However, posting time is not guaranteed as it is Australia Post who handles the shipping, not us.
Can it be left doorstep/ safe drop?
Sorry, no it can't. As most of our item are shipped via registered mail which requires signature on delivery, when no one's home to receive or sign for the item, it will be redirected to your nearby post office, and you need to bring your legit ID to collect and sign for it to ensure it is delivered safely.
Delivering to PO Box / Parcel Locker
Generally we'll ship your orders via registered mail which requires signature on delivery, so if your postal address is PO Box, it will definitely redirected to your nearby post office for you to collect and sign for it; or Parcel Locker, same case happens, while there's a chance that it will delivered in your Parcel Locker, then you don't have to go to Post Office to collect it.

All of the orders will be dispatched with either Australia Post Parcel Shipping or Australia Post Registered Mail both of which have tracking feature.
Express delivery
We also offer optional express post, extra postage will apply. If you want your order to be shipped with express delivery, choose Express Delivery at checkout and pay the informed postage. It will only take 1-3 business day to arrive, depending on your destination.
