VTG Ugly Christmas Sweater Black Button Up M. It has the designs on the front and back. There are no missing beads that I can see. Measures approx 22" wide across the chest from armpit to armpit,  and is approx 18" shoulder to shoulder , the arms are 17" long down the seam,  it is approx 23" long overall from top of collar to bottom of sweater down back. I always put dryer sheets in clothes to keep them smelling fresh.
