Established in 2002, DecoPro  the parent company of TrimDepot is a trusted manufacturer of high-quality decorative trimmings and accessories. Our extensive product range includes:

• Interior Décor Trims: Gimp Braids, Decorative Ropes, Bullion Fringe, Brush Fringe, Beaded Fringe, Tassels, Curtain Tiebacks, and related accessories

• Apparel Trims: Featuring styles like Chainette Fringe for fashion and costume applications

Payment Policy
We accept all major forms of payment for your convenience:

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will be processed once payment is successfully received.

International Buyers

DécoPro works very hard to ensure that your order ships on time and to avoid any delays. If you have a questions please contact us! We ship almost all items within 24 hours or the next business day from our warehouse.

• Domestic (United States) Orders typically have average transit times of 4-7. business days. 
• International Orders on average have transit times of 1-2 weeks and may be subject to additional Postal or Customs delays - Consider FedEx Express options if your order is time sensitive.
• Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes, so make sure you double check all your information. 

DécoPro wants you to get your items as soon as possible and we closely watch which Carrier is used to get there fast based upon the S&H charges that eBay charges. We ship USPS, FedEx and UPS depending on what you order. Heavier items are generally shipped FedEx or UPS ground.

It usually means USPS Priority Mail®, UPS/FedEx Ground or the best way to get it to you on time.

We often ship most orders within 24 hours upon your purchase or the next business day

Many times that means it goes out the same day, IF we get the order from eBay by 12:30 pm EST.

· IF YOU NEED IT FASTER!

DécoPro offers 1-day or 2-day FedEx overnight service for mainland US. Other locations (HI, AK, PR, etc.) can be arranged, if needed 

Orders to APO/FPOs & International orders (outside US):  Heavy or bulk size items and may take 1-2 extra days to ship! They can also take longer to arrive than the stated eBay arrival.

International Orders

• Custom / Duty Fees / Remittance Fee

  - Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

• Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, this may result in an address correction fee charged by the courier.
  We may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

• Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

• If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At DecoPro, we strive to ensure every order arrives accurately and in excellent condition. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing:
General Returns
We do not accept returns for buyers remorse or if the item is no longer needed.

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All return requests must be submitted through eBay.

• Returned items must be in unused, re-sellable condition.

• Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may be subject to partial refunds or deductions.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through eBay with a clear photo of the issue.
Well offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full/partial refund, depending on the severity of the damage.

Incorrect Item Received

We carefully check each order, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If youve received the wrong item, please notify us promptly. Well resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
