Vintage reading book that came from an old one room school classroom

This is a definite piece of public education classroom history. True vintage collectible. It is very old, but in good condition considering it's age.

There is some discoloration throughout due to age. The actual reading pages in the book look like they have been read and handled very little. This appears to have been a teacher’s book. There is writing on the inside of front cover. There could be ripped reading pages, even though I saw none. I attached several photos from all angles of the outside.
