This universal heat resistant ceramic stove glass is cut to fit a variety of well-known branded stoves. The thickness of the glass is a standard 4mm and has a temperature resistance rating of up to 760°C. The models indicated as being 'plain' will be square/rectangular cut, and those models denoted as 'shaped' feature arched or rounded/angled corners. The dimensions stated, provided by the manufacturer, are appropriate for each size of glass available for the stoves listed.

If you think that the size stated does not match the model of stove you have (or the current size of the stove glass being replaced, measured by yourself), please notify us before purchasing. In these instances, we will either make appropriate alterations in line with your measurements or we may require a template. 

This is replacement glass only and does not come supplied with retaining clips, screws or gaskets. When fitting new glass into your stove, please do not over tighten any retaining clips or screws as this can lead to glass cracking. Correct installation of the stove glass is the responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately we cannot replace cracked glass caused by incorrect installation.

Shipping and Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund. A returns authorisation number must be obtained from us, either by contacting us directly or via an eBay Return Request. Items must be returned unused and in a re-sellable condition for a refund to be issued.

We aim to offer free delivery wherever possible; however, a small number of UK locations incur unavoidable additional charges due to courier hub coverage. If your order is affected, we will contact you on the next working day. These charges are separate from and not calculated by eBay’s postage calculator.

All stoves and larger orders are delivered palletised via a one-man, kerbside delivery service only. This means delivery is made to the roadside, and drivers may refuse access to certain locations depending on site conditions. Customers must ensure sufficient manpower is available to move the pallet from the kerbside to the desired location. This is the customer’s responsibility. Failed deliveries or requests for redelivery may result in additional charges.
