RETURN POLICY:  For an item with its own original box, there is a 14-day return policy after you receive item as long as you e-mail seller within four (4) days of receipt of item & buyer pays for return shipping, unless listing states no return will be accepted.  For an item within its own original box “No Returns” will be approved beyond four (4) days of buyer receipt of item in absence of such an e-mail notice to seller.  Additionally, buyer must return item in “Original Condition & Complete In All Ways.”  However, for items without their own original boxes, money refunded within 14 days after receipt only if die cast items are not as described, & buyer pays return shipping.  I accept no returns, exchanges, or refunds for any other reason for military, firefighting, or train merchandise.  Moreover, I accept “No Returns” for any porcelain items.  What you see is what you get.
