1. Please make sure your cellphone Type-C port supports audio and video signal transmission(USB 3.1 ). If not, or Lightning and Micro USB port, you need an “IOS/Android to HDMI ” adapter for signal transmission.

2. Please make sure your laptop's TYPE-C port supports audio and video signal transmission(Thunderbolt 3 ). If it is just for charging, please connect the monitor via Mini HDMI for signal transmission.

3. It needs 3A or above stable power to keep 100% brightness working, so we highly suggest connecting the external power supply with our PD power adapter for the best visual experience; otherwise, it may enter energy conservation mode(20% brightness), or standby mode(black screen) automatically.

⚠️ DO NOT Hang Overhead: For displays 18 inches and larger, we strongly advise against hanging the monitor for overhead mounting. Due to the weight and size of these products, overhead installation poses a potential safety risk.
