Vintage 40s WFL Ludwig Clamp On Spur Mount or Block Accessory Cowbell Holder 

Vintage 40s WFL Clamp on spur mount (or Percussion Mount). Not sure this is WFL. It might be Slingerland or Leedy? (It was mixed in with other parts from those manufacturers). Includes only what’s in the pictures. It looks like it was cut off near where the clamp attaches. Shows wear and a fair amount of rust.
