Orders paid for before 2pm Mon—Fri are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.

All of our items are stocked and dispatched from Swansea, UK

Please note that during busy seasons, item dispatch may incur a delay by one day.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, although other couriers may be used in cases of large or heavy orders. Most of our items are also available for the Click & Collect service.

Most orders within the UK are sent tracked, with SMS and e-mail alerts to keep you updated.

Unwanted items

Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that unwanted items must be returned in original packaging and in the condition they were received.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. We will provide a pre-paid returns label for you to return the item to us free of charge.

Missing items

In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive, you can contact us with your order details and we will investigate the issue and send out a replacement item as soon as possible.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Orders are dispatched only when payment has been processed & cleared.
