ONE OF A KIND FOR SURE!

THIS GLASS STEM CHALICE IS ENCASED WITH A WINDING WOVEN STEM OF WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE PEWTER. IT EXTENDS UP UNDER THE BOWL OF THE GOBLET AS A BIRD'S CLAW FOOT WITH SCALES OF THE FOOT SUPPORING THE BOWL.

THIS IS MY INTERPRETATION

I HAVE TESTED AND THIS IS NOT COMMON METAL, WILL NOT REACT TO MAGNET. I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS PEWTER.

RHINESTONES ON EACH TOE

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL BLUE GREEN. THERE IS MORE GREEN HUE THAN MY CAMERA SHOWS. I HAVE TAKEN PHOTOS IN 2 DIFFERENT LIGHT TO TRY TO CAPTURE THE RIGHT SHADE

I BELIEVE THAT THIS WAS HAND HAMMERED TO RESEMBLE SCALES ON A BIRD'S FEET SUCH AS VULTURE OR LARGE PREY BIRD

NO ISSUES, EXTREMELY NICE CONDITION, PERHAPS NEVER USED.

I CAN'T SAY NEW BECAUSE I AM NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNER...
