I usually get these in packs of 4s but sometimes they come in 3s aswell if if i have the 3s in stock then i will send 1 3pack and one toothbrush head on its own.

I also get in the 8 and 5 packs if i send these out then the postage price goes higher so I repack these and put them so that they fit in the large letter postage cost. So sometimes you may get loose packs but the toothbrushes are all still sealed.
