Gary Larson has one genius demented mind.  How else could he come up with the hilariously twisted world of the Far Side!  And he was so consistent, knocking out day-after-day of funny strips with so many of them becoming classics.  If you've read his strips then you know what I'm talking about, if you haven't read his strips then this is a must read for you to find out what you've been missing out on.

The Far Side is on my top 3 strips of all time (Calvin & Hobbes and Bloom County round out the set) and I cannot emphasize just how fantastic the strip is.  This collection is especially great because it includes some background, early strips, and Far Side history.  A must have for humor fans!
