SANSUI T-707/ A-707 Stereo Tuner/ Amplifier AS-IS Partially Working

Both were plugged in and turned on. Tuner is in perfect working order. Amplifiers left side speaker outputs spark and make a pop noise, right side speakers work just fine. Also loudness buttons is missing. All will be pictured.
