Up for sale is the stabilizing unit shown. It is in good working condition.  I believe it is for dslr camera but could be wrong, so please look at the pictures. It comes with the mounting plate shown and everything you see in the pictures. It doesn't have a manual. The last picture is to show how it looks when installed. Thanks for looking .
